Even though high school sports are still on hold, there are a lot of kids out there finding ways to train on their own. Take Everett and Auggie, incoming freshmen at Poway High, the two of them started their own back yard training camp...6 days a week….lunges, wind sprints, one legged squats, push ups and burpees. They said they are even doing “duck walks”...not sure what that is, but it sounds painful.
